what would be done with c.s
What does a cs do?
Company secretaries are experts in company and securities law (securities as in shares). They are in-house legal counsels and compliance officers. They work in companies. Any company with a paid-up share capital of Rs.5 crores compulsorily requires to appoint a full-time company secretary. Any company seeking to go public has to appoint a company secretary. Many company secretaries run their independent practice, and consult companies who are not legally required to appoint full-time company secretaries.
